Privacy Policy for Moody Maps

Moody Maps (the “App”) is a navigation application designed to provide users with location-based services. The App is owned and operated by Moody, Inc. (“Moody,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). This Privacy Policy describes how Moody collects, uses, and shares information from or about you when you use the App.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure.

7. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or solicit Personal Information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected Personal Information from a child under 13, we will delete that information as soon as possible.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the App.
